Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These terms govern your use of CarCare — the website and our iOS and Android apps. By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you agree to them.

If you are registering on behalf of a repair shop, garage, tire service, or car wash, you also confirm you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. What CarCare is

CarCare is a platform that connects vehicle owners with repair shops, tire services, and car washes across Mongolia. We help you register your vehicle, find nearby merchants, and manage your service history.

We are not a repair shop, and we do not perform, supervise, or guarantee any repair, maintenance, or wash service. Any service you book is a direct agreement between you and the merchant — CarCare is not a party to it.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering, and keep it up to date — including your vehicle details, so merchants can serve you correctly.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at hello@carcare.mn if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Merchant listings and the Verified badge

Merchant profiles, pricing, availability, and business details are provided by the merchants themselves. CarCare reviews listings before granting the Verified badge, but does not independently audit every merchant's work quality, licensing, or pricing on an ongoing basis.

Report a listing that looks inaccurate or misleading to hello@carcare.mn — we investigate and remove listings that violate these terms.

5. Reviews

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience with the merchant you are reviewing. We remove reviews that are fake, posted by a merchant about themselves or a competitor, or that contain harassment or unlawful content.

6. Fees and subscriptions

Some features — for car owners and for merchants — require a paid subscription. Prices are shown in Mongolian Tögrög (₮) before you pay, and payments are processed through QPay.

Subscriptions run for a fixed term and do not renew automatically — when a term ends, you choose whether to purchase another one.

Refunds are handled case by case. Contact hello@carcare.mn with your invoice details if you believe you were charged in error.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Misrepresent

yourself, your vehicle, or your business on the platform.

Abuse the service

by scraping data, automating account creation, or attempting to bypass rate limits or paywalls.

Interfere

with the security or normal operation of the platform, or attempt to access another user's account.

Post unlawful content

including anything defamatory, fraudulent, or that infringes someone else's rights.

8. Intellectual property

The CarCare name, logo, and app content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

You keep ownership of what you post (your reviews, your profile photo). By posting it, you give CarCare a license to display it as part of operating the service — for example, showing your review on the merchant's page.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, or that we reasonably believe puts other users or the platform at risk.

You can delete your own account at any time — see our Privacy Policy for how.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

CarCare is provided "as is." We do our best to keep listings accurate and the service running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by the laws of Mongolia, CarCare is not liable for the quality, safety, or outcome of any repair or service performed by a merchant, or for disputes between you and a merchant.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly will be handled by the competent courts of Ulaanbaatar.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date on this page and notify you of significant changes through the app or by email.
