Delete your CarCare MN account

1. Delete your account from the app

Open the CarCare MN app and sign in to the account you want to remove.

Go to Profile, scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete account" (Бүртгэл устгах). Confirm when prompted.

Your account is closed immediately. No further steps and no waiting period are required.

2. Delete your account from the website

Sign in at https://carcare.mn and open Profile (Профайл).

Choose "Delete account" (Бүртгэл устгах) at the bottom of the page and confirm.

3. If you cannot sign in

If you have lost access to your account, email hello@carcare.mn from the address you registered with, asking us to delete your CarCare MN account.

We verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

4. What is deleted

Name, email and phone number

Erased from our systems immediately and permanently.

Profile photo

Erased immediately and permanently.

Registered vehicles

Every vehicle you added, including plate numbers and registry data, is deleted outright.

Sign-in credentials

Your password and active sessions are destroyed, so the account can no longer be used to sign in.

5. What is kept, and why

Invoice and payment records are retained in anonymized form. Mongolian accounting and tax rules require us to keep a coherent financial history, so these records stay — but they no longer carry your name, email, phone number or any other identifier, and they cannot be linked back to you.

Reviews you left for service providers are kept without your identity attached, so other drivers do not lose the ratings they rely on.

Nothing retained can be used to contact you or to rebuild your profile.

6. Deletion is permanent

Account deletion cannot be undone. If you want to use CarCare MN again afterwards, you will need to register a new account.
